COVID-19 – Business Operation Update

To the Woodland Mills community:

Our sales team is available Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls. If you are ready to order, we encourage you to use our online checkout to complete your purchase. We will review and process all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process an order. 

Our USA/Canada inventory and supply chain network remain strong. Most in-stock orders will leave the warehouse in 3-5 business days. If an item is out of stock, you can add your name to the customer waitlist. We will notify you when the requested inventory is expected to arrive. Please ensure there are no seasonal road restrictions or government-mandated restrictions on deliveries to your area when ordering. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of in-stock machines from the time of order. Here is what to expect:

  1. We will review and process your order. We may reach out for additional information if required.
  2. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your invoice and warranty documentation.
  3. You’ll receive a separate email with your shipping tracking number a few days later after it has left our warehouse.
  4. Our delivery partner will contact you to confirm a delivery date & time when they are ready to deliver your order.

Our Port Perry, Ontario showroom remains temporarily closed to the public as a COVID-19 precaution.
