Woodland Mills strives to make your ordering experience easy. Once you place your order, you can trust that our customer service and delivery partners take care to ensure the best delivery possible. If you order online, you can expect a phone call from our customer service team to go over the order with you, answer any questions you might have and confirm shipping details. You'll be emailed an invoice and warranty document. Once the product has shipped, we will email your tracking number along with the contact information for the shipping company that was used. Once you receive your order, our technical service team is a phone call away to answer any questions you may have.

Packed in reinforced steel crates with a heavy cardboard sleeve for protection. Our core products come disassembled to reduce delivery costs and allow for compact shipping. Our easy to read manuals assist with assembly once unpacked.


Once your order is confirmed, we will select the closest warehouse to you to ship your order from. Stocked items ship quicker than you may expect, usually leaving the warehouse within 2 business days.

Large & overweight orders will be delivered using a freight truck directly to the address provided, as long as it's accessible. Large transport trucks with a liftgate are often used for delivery and the truck must be able to navigate to the delivery location. The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery day and time. Please ensure the address provided is accurate and accessible.

Stocked items are delivered to your shipping address within 2 to 11 business days, some exceptions apply. Remote locations and regions are excluded from flat rate shipping. If you are located in a remote area, our sales staff will contact you to review additional shipping costs. Remote areas include but are not limited to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Yukon Territories, Northwest Territories, Nunavut.


Our delivery partners will deliver your order curb side with tailgate lift service when available.
