HM126 6' 5" Standard Track Extension

This 6' 5" (1.95 m) track extension bolts directly to your existing HM126 track system, giving you the ability to mill longer logs without changing your mill setup. It’s a simple way to expand your cutting capacity as your projects grow, and for ground-mount setups, multiple extensions can be added to reach the lumber lengths you need.

The extension features 1/4" thick precision-machined L-rail that matches the existing track, forming a match-set with the sawhead carriage wheels for smooth, consistent travel during milling. The rails are cross-supported with powder-coated rectangular steel log bunks to keep the system rigid, square, and properly aligned, while spreading log weight over a larger surface to help prevent log marking.

The kit includes two log supports (short and long) for working with different log sizes and cut heights, along with an additional quick-lock log clamp to secure material across the extended cutting length. Installation is straightforward—remove the last log bunk from your existing track, attach and square the extension, then reinstall the bunk at the end of the new section. It’s a practical upgrade that expands your milling capability without adding complexity.
