SE118, SE122, HM122 & 722 Bandwheel Belts

This replacement kit includes two bandwheel belts for the SE118, SE122, HM122 and 722 portable sawmills: one drive belt that runs from the engine clutch to the bandwheel, and one follower belt for the opposing bandwheel. Together, they support proper blade tracking and smooth bandwheel rotation during cutting.

Maintaining proper belt condition helps keep blade movement consistent and supports reliable cutting performance. As part of routine maintenance, belts should be replaced when wear brings them within 1/16" (1.6 mm) of the bandwheel surface, helping ensure the bandwheel continues to grip the blade correctly.

For 2020 and newer sawmills, this kit includes Kevlar belts used in current production. For 2019 and older models, the kit includes cogged belts matched to those sawmills. Keeping a spare set on hand makes it easy to stay ahead of regular maintenance and get back to milling quickly when it’s time for replacement.
