WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

We stand behind our products with a 3-year parts warranty on core equipment and a 1-year parts warranty on accessories. This coverage applies to shipping damage, manufacturing defects, and missing parts. Warehouse Returns are covered under our standard warranty; however, cosmetic imperfections are not covered. Replacement parts are supplied and shipped at no cost, and if a part needs to be returned for further testing, all return and replacement shipping costs are fully covered.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

Certain components are designed to wear over time and are not covered under warranty, including, but not limited to, blades, belts, bearings, bed plates, blade guide blocks, grinding teeth, and tires. Our 3-year and 1-year warranties apply to product components only and do not include labor, time, or any costs associated with returning your Woodland Mills equipment to service.

Warranty coverage does not extend to after-market modifications or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or operation outside of the product’s intended use or recommended maintenance guidelines. In short, our products are built for demanding work but not for misuse or abuse.

Warranty coverage is available only to the original purchaser and does not apply to second-hand purchases. The Woodland Mills warranty is non-transferable.

For commercial applications, we recommend keeping essential spare parts on hand to support uninterrupted operation and minimize downtime.

HOW ARE THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS WARRANTIED?

Some Woodland Mills products include components supplied by trusted third-party manufacturers. These components are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty and are subject to their respective terms and service requirements. HOW DO I ACCESS MY WARRANTY?

If you experience an issue with any of our products, our priority is to resolve it as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our Technical Support team will work closely with you to review the warranty details and may request photos or videos to better understand the issue. This information also allows us to share insights with our Engineering team as part of our ongoing commitment to product improvement.

If you have questions about your product warranty or need to initiate a warranty order, please contact our Technical Support team at 1-855-476-6455 or tech@woodlandmills.com.

HOW IS MY WARRANTY APPLIED?

Once eligibility is confirmed, our team will assist in creating a replacement order for the required parts under the account of the original purchaser. As this is a parts-only warranty, labor, time, and any additional costs associated with installing replacement parts are not covered.

Warranty replacement orders are shipped via the most economical courier option. Our team will do their best to provide an estimated lead time at the time of order. While we make every effort to keep parts readily available, delays may occasionally occur. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY WOODLAND MILLS WARRANTY?

Woodland Mills warranties are automatically registered at the time of purchase. Your product is registered to the account under which it was purchased, and no additional steps are required to ensure coverage.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps at the time of delivery:

Step 1: Inspect the shipment.

Carefully inspect the product and packaging for any visible damage before signing for delivery.

Step 2: Choose how to proceed.

Accept the delivery: If you accept the shipment, clearly note all visible damage on the delivery paperwork. We will then work with you to ensure the unit is brought to proper working condition.

Refuse the delivery: If you prefer, you may refuse a curbside shipment due to damage. The damage must be clearly noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of refusal.

For courier‑delivered packages, inspect the shipment upon arrival and contact us promptly if damage is discovered.

In all cases, reaching out as soon as possible helps us resolve the issue quickly and effectively. Please contact our Claims & Returns team at 1‑855‑606‑4315 or returns@woodlandmills.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE DESIGN CHANGES?

As we continue to refine and improve our products, our Engineers make every effort to ensure that design updates can be adapted to existing models where possible. In some cases, however, design changes may be implemented without obligation to retrofit or correspond with previously manufactured products. For questions about compatibility or design changes, contact our Technical Support team at 1-855-476-6455 or tech@woodlandmills.com.

CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES

Woodland Mills shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses, including accidents, injury, damages, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the use of its products. This applies regardless of whether such claims are based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Without limiting the foregoing, Woodland Mills specifically disclaims liability for damages related to (i) lost profits, business opportunities, revenues, or goodwill; (ii) costs incurred for labor, supplies, substitute machinery, or equipment rental; or (iii) any other form of property damage or economic loss.
