HM136MAX™ Bandwheel Belts

This kit includes two replacement bandwheel belts for the HM136MAX portable sawmill: a drive belt that runs from the engine clutch to the bandwheel, and a follower belt on the opposing bandwheel. Both belts work together to keep the bandwheels rotating evenly and the blade tracking correctly through the cut.

These are BK-series Kevlar belts, chosen to handle continuous milling use with excellent wear resistance and long service life. As part of routine service, belts should be replaced when the existing belts are within 1/16" (1.6 mm) from the top surface of the belt to the edge of the bandwheel, helping maintain proper blade support and bandwheel grip.

Having replacement belts ready makes routine service simple and keeps your mill operating smoothly when it’s time to get back to milling.
