2-SPEED SETTING
Separating the RS30 PRO from other sharpeners in its class is its 2-speed setting, giving you precise control during blade set up, and the option for high-speed sharpening with an impressive grinding speed of 28 teeth per minute.
AUTOMATIC BLADE ADVANCEMENT
The automatic blade advancement system offers cam-actuated grinding, eliminating the need for manual advancement and making the RS30 PRO fully automated. The feeder arm advances the blade forward automatically while the grinding disc sharpens the face and gullet of the tooth.
PRO CBN GRINDING DISC
The RS30 PRO is equipped with a premium CBN grinding disc, featuring high-abrasion resistance and eliminating the need for disc profiling. This ensures consistent blade profiling and optimal sharpening results.
3 BLADE PROFILE CAMS
The sharpener includes three blade profile cams, allowing compatibility with a variety of blade manufacturers to accommodate different blade designs.
RIGID STAND DESIGN
The RS30 PRO’s stand features a reinforced four-legged design, cross-braced for added rigidity, providing a stable and durable platform for sharpening, even in remote locations.
AUTO-STOP BRACKET
The auto-stop bracket ensures worry-free sharpening by automatically turning off the machine once the entire blade has been sharpened.
