Additional payment options such as bank wire, certified cheque, or e-transfer may be available. Personal cheques are not accepted. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are fully refundable if cancelled before leaving our warehouse.
8.3 Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, changes are generally not possible. If your order has not yet shipped, cancellation may be available, but once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, delivery requirements, restrictions, and any remote-area surcharges are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Shipping options, carriers, and fees may vary between Canada and the United States. Large freight items require an accessible curbside delivery location. Responsibility for the order transfers to you once it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
