Adjustable Blade Guide

This upgrade converts your sawmill’s fixed blade guide into a self-indexing adjustable guide, allowing it to move closer to the wood during the cut for improved blade stability. By reducing the amount of unsupported blade travel, it helps keep the blade running straighter through the log, resulting in more consistent and accurate lumber.

Keeping the guide closer to the cut is especially important when milling larger logs or working on projects where straight, uniform boards matter, like woodworking, building projects, or producing finished lumber. With better blade control throughout the cut, you’ll see smoother results and less chance of blade wander, no matter what size material you’re milling.

Built as a premium guide system, it features stainless steel V-rollers and a precision-machined aluminum arm that extends and retracts smoothly as the sawhead moves. This durable, low-friction design provides reliable support at the blade while holding up to repeated use in demanding milling conditions.
