Compatible with all Woodland Mills sawmill models and matched to the full cutting height of your specific mill, it's a simple upgrade that gives you an easy-to-read, high-precision, digital reference throughout the milling process.
Choose the workflow that works best for the way you mill. Zero the display at the top of the log and work your way down cut by cut, or establish a fixed reference height and work from the bottom up. With support for both metric and imperial units, the Digital Log Scale adapts to your preferred approach, making it easier to verify measurements and consistently return to your desired cutting dimensions. (Kerf allowances can still be factored into your preferred workflow.)
Easy to install using the existing indicator bracket mounting holes and included magnetic strip, the Digital Log Scale features a durable steel mounting bracket with an adjustable viewing angle and a backlit LCD display that's easy to read in bright sunlight or low-light conditions. Its non-contact magnetic sensing system is designed for high-precision linear measurement with repeat accuracy up to ±0.01 mm.
