Power Head 110

The Woodland Mills Power Head 110 lets you raise and lower your sawmill head with the push of a button, replacing the manual crank with smooth, powered control. Designed for larger-capacity sawmills, it makes setting cut height faster and more consistent, especially when working through bigger logs or making frequent thickness adjustments.

At the core of the Power Head 110 is a commercial-grade, high-RPM, high-torque electric motor built to handle repeated lifting cycles. The motor delivers responsive, controlled movement of the sawhead, allowing you to dial in board thickness accurately without stopping to crank between cuts. This helps keep your milling workflow moving, particularly when producing dimensional lumber or running longer milling sessions.

The Power Head 110 installs in place of the manual crank handle and integrates directly with the existing lift mechanism. Once installed, it becomes part of your normal sawhead operation, reducing physical effort while keeping height adjustments simple, repeatable, and predictable.
