Product Features
LOG POSITIONING ROLLERS
Help slide logs and cants forwards, backwards, or off the end of the mill with less effort. When adjusted independently, they can also raise or lower material to provide toe-board functionality when used as a pair.
LOG TURNING ROLLERS
Can be raised into position to assist with rotating larger logs and cants during setup and between cuts. By reducing friction at the contact point, they make heavy material easier to turn while maintaining control.
INDEXED ROLLER ADJUSTMENT
Galvanized index plates lock the roller assemblies into position as they are raised or lowered. This provides repeatable adjustment points and helps keep the rollers securely positioned while handling material.
HIGH-DENSITY NYLON ROLLER CONSTRUCTION
Both roller systems use high-density nylon rollers designed to withstand repeated contact with heavy logs and cants. The material resists wear while providing smooth movement during positioning and turning operations.
PATENTED ONE-HANDED ROLLER-TOP LOG SUPPORT
Includes Woodland Mills' patented indexed log support with one-handed adjustment and an integrated top-mounted roller. The roller helps move and position logs on the mill, while the indexed design makes it easy to quickly adjust support height for different log sizes.
DIRECT-FIT REPLACEMENT DESIGN
Designed to replace the existing bunks on HM130MAX® sawmills and attach directly to the bed rails. Two units are recommended to unlock the full turning, positioning, and toe-board functionality of the system.
