The arch is built from a 2" square steel tube that is CNC-bent to form the arch structure, creating strength without relying on multiple welded sections. A laser-cut top bracket wraps around the tube to reinforce the connection and distribute load through the frame. Reinforced gussets add strength where it matters most, while galvanized log guards protect high-wear contact points. A durable powder-coated finish helps protect the steel from the elements during years of outdoor use.

A galvanized hook assembly made from ¾" thick steel provides a secure lifting point and includes extra hooks for storing choker chains when they’re not in use. The arch uses industry-standard mounting pins for compatibility with a wide range of tractors, and side mounting holes are included for an optional chainsaw holder.
