This replacement kit includes four 6000-2RS sealed guide bearings, providing one bearing per guide block and two full sets of replacements for your sawmill. These small bearings are installed behind the blade in each guide assembly and play an important role in controlling blade movement during cutting.

As the blade pushes through the log, it naturally moves slightly backward and makes contact with the guide bearing. The bearing supports that movement and helps keep the blade positioned correctly while maintaining forward cutting pressure, which contributes to accurate, consistent boards across the full length of the cut.

Built as sealed, maintenance-free units, these bearings are designed for regular interaction with the blade and are considered a higher-wear service item. Keeping a spare set on hand makes routine maintenance simple and helps keep your sawmill ready for continued use without unnecessary downtime.

COMPLETE REPLACEMENT SET

Includes four 6000-2RS sealed guide bearings, providing two complete replacement sets for your sawmill. Everything needed to replace both guide bearings and restore proper blade support.

SUPPORTS BLADE POSITION DURING THE CUT

Installed behind the blade in each guide assembly, the bearing supports the natural rearward movement of the blade as it enters the cut. This helps maintain proper blade position while cutting through the log.

MAINTAINS FORWARD CUTTING PRESSURE

Works with the guide system to support steady forward cutting pressure as the blade moves through the wood. Proper support helps the blade stay on line throughout the cut.

SEALED MAINTENANCE-FREE DESIGN

Sealed construction helps keep sawdust and debris out while retaining lubrication inside the bearing. Designed for regular contact with the blade during milling.

REGULAR SERVICE ITEM

Guide bearings experience continual contact with the blade and will wear over time. Keeping a spare set on hand makes routine maintenance straightforward and helps keep your sawmill ready to cut.
