Winch Post Kit

Save yourself a ton of effort and easily roll logs onto your portable sawmill track to get them ready for milling with the Winch Post Kit.

The heavy duty steel winch post and 2 speed winch easily mounts to Woodland Mills sawmills allowing users to easily roll logs weighing up to 2500 lb (1134 kg) onto the sawmill bed. The kit includes a manual two speed hand crank winch with 30 ft. (9.1 m) synthetic rope and winch post that easily inserts into the sawmill track log support tubes. Once installed, wrap the winch cable around your log and hand crank it to quickly lift your log onto the track.

Using a winch can save you many hours if you mill frequently over manually rolling your logs. If you're looking for a way to lift your logs onto your sawmill that doesn't require a tractor or heavy machinery, then the winch is a great way to save time and effort.
